What's New at The Branchery?

Thanks to support from NADB and CBT, We've added a directory so you can find nearly ALL Nakusp Businesses and reach out to them directly!!

If I am purchasing from multiple vendors, do I have to pay extra shipping or will I be getting more than one package?
Depending on how many products are purchased, orders, as a rule will be shipped as one package, regardless of the number of vendors purchased from.  

How long is the wait for my order?
Due to higher volumes during the holiday season, delivery times may take a touch longer than usual. If your order is being mailed, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number for your reference. If you live within the “Local Delivery” region, arrangements should be made with The Branchery for a delivery time that world best for you. 

What is The Branchery’s Return Policy?
On most items, we offer a 30 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee during which time, a product may be returned or exchanged. Due to safety considerations, Products such as earrings or masks for example, are a Final Sale.

Short answer: Maybe! Please reach out to us at info@branchery.ca if your desired item is unavailable. We will do our best to get it in stock for you and will keep you updated!
